1. Terms and Conditions of Use
  1. 1.1 This document aims to conclude a contract for the use of the application and provision of its services between the entity responsible for the operation of the Huambo Log application and its users/clients.
  2. 1.2 Huambo Expresso LDA expressly recommends reading the document by part of users. In case of acceptance, the user establishes a bond contractual between the parties and they undertake to respect the provisions of the this document. If you do not agree with it, the user will not be able to use the Huambo Log application but you may eventually be able to access some of the services provided in person to Huambo Expresso LDA.
2. Service Provider
  1. 2.1 The entity responsible for the services provided is called Huambo Expresso LDA, anonymous company governed by Angolan law, registered with the identification number Tax 5000576832 with headquarters in Huambo, registered at the Registry Office Huambo Commercial.
3. Passenger Transport Service
  1. 3.1 In this application module, the customer can request a trip either in time real or by appointment if you prefer.
  2. 3.2 So that they can book trips both in real time and through prior reservation must first register on the platform so that they can then come to benefit from the application's functionalities, and the information collected aim at the functionality of the services provided by Huambo Expresso to its customers.
  3. 3.3 Instant and Prior Reservation Travel Module
    1. 3.3.1 To use the passenger transport module on trips instant/immediate, once registered and connected successfully, the user will be redirected to the home page screen, where you can fill in the fields pickup location and destination, along with a map representing the location close to the user as well as available drivers around them and You can request your trip.
    2. 3.3.2 Regarding the passenger transport module through prior reservation, the process of using it will be similar to that of the functionality mentioned in previous paragraph, the difference being that the user can select in advance a specific time for the start of the trip in question.
    3. 3.3.3 The advance reservation functionality will be available to application users, however, in order to guarantee the effectiveness of this functionality, these reserves will be subject to approval by Huambo Expresso after the reservation request.   4. 3.4 Some security procedures will be available, one of which (and mandatory) verification via OTP code, which will be requested by the driver from the customer in the sense that both parties ensure the legitimacy of both the driver and of the customer who requested the service.
  5. 3.5 After requesting a trip and accepting it from the driver, the customer You can cancel it free of charge if it has not yet arrived at the location collection and given as ´initiated`` by the driver, through an available option in the application itself.
  6. 3.6 Regarding the prices charged, it will be presented at the time of the request of the trip an estimate of the amount to be paid by the customer for the services provided by the Huambo Expresso, which may vary and fluctuate after the end of it due to various reasons (travel time, distance, etc.)
  7. 3.7 The payment method in kind/cash will be the only one accepted by Huambo Express with the exception of some cases in which it can be done via credit card debit. Payment for the service will be charged by the driver based on the price established in the application itself (at the moment the driver gives the closed) after completion of the trip.
  8. 3.8 In a first phase, the passenger transport service provided by this Application will be geographically limited and can only be used in Luanda.
4. Parcel transport service
  1. 4.1 Regarding the cargo and orders module, the user will have access to cargo and parcel services provided by Huambo Expresso through the application Huambo Log. The User may request the collection of a certain order where prefer (home) and then select its destination.
  2. 4.2 The module in question is subdivided into two (2) different functionalities, being that intra-urban allows the sending of cargo and parcels within the city of Luanda and the inter-urban model that will allow them to send orders from Luanda to one of our warehouses located in the provinces covered by Huambo services Express.
  3. 4.3 Loads and Parcels Module for Intra-urban and Inter-urban:
    1. 4.3.1 When selecting the Cargo and Orders access option, the user reaches the page initial where you have to choose whether you want to send the order inter-urban, that is, abroad of the city, or intra-urban, that is, within the city.       -Weight: you must indicate the weight of the order/box
      -Image: The user will have to upload the photo of the order. The user can only upload a photo.
      -Quantity: The user will have to enter the number of units in the order to be to send.
      -Description: The user will have to write a brief description of the order;
      -Dimensions: The user will have to enter the weight of the order. The height, the length and width are optional fields.
      -Value: The user must fill in the value/price of the product to be sent (to effects of calculating the insurance rate).
      -Recipient details: The user must enter the name and contact number of the recipient. This data will be visible for the warehouse that was selected by the user to deliver the order.
    3. 4.3.3 After filling in the necessary data, the user will be redirected to the confirmation screen with the order summary containing the pickup location, the delivery city, warehouse, order details and service costs provided.
    4. 4.3.4 As soon as the user confirms the request, the system will register this request and will notify Huambo Expresso, which will subsequently assign the employee who will collect the order from the pick-up location where it will require OTP verification as security measure.
    5. 4.3.5 From this step onwards, the user will be able to monitor the status of the order through the application and it will be updated by Huambo Expresso throughout the process.

5. Other features

6. Cancellation requests
  1. 6.1 Cancellation by users in the passenger transport module is free, that is, no fee is charged to users who cancel the ´´request``. This fee does not apply to cases where the driver is already in the collection location and that you have started the journey.
  2. 6.2 Regarding shipments of cargo and orders, customers can cancel services free of charge until the order is collected.
  3. 6.3 Huambo Expresso reserves the right to cancel a trip either instantly as well as a prior reservation in the passenger transport module.
  4. 6.4 Huambo Expresso reserves its right to reject a given order at the time of collection if it is considered that the information provided by the user does not correspond to reality, in the case of an object whose logistics even if it is not considered feasible, among other reasons duly justified in the act of collection that make it impossible to collect it.
7. Payment terms.
  1. 7.1 During the travel request process, an amount merely indicative that will correspond to an estimate regarding the amount to be paid based on the distance and expected travel time.   2. 7.2 In the passenger transport module, the payment method used will be in cash and handed over to the driver at the end of the trip. The final price of the service indicated by the application in the act in which the trip is considered finished.

  4. 7.4 In the Loads and Orders module, payment must be made by the user at act of collection. 8. The account created in this application by the user is personal and non-transferable, where each user is entitled to only one account, except in cases where this provision be agreed between the parties.

10. Huambo Expresso does not authorize the alteration, copying, sale, resale or any other act that does not have the purpose of using the previously listed services.
11. Dispute Resolution
  1. If the customer experiences any failure in the service, any error in the application or any other inconsistency caused when using the services provided by this APP, the customer can, through the application, report the same. In case of a possible litigation, Huambo Expresso guarantees that in the first instance it will seek resolve the same by mutual agreement between the parties, thus ensuring satisfaction of our customers as well as reducing transaction costs for both sides.
12. Applicable legislation, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration Agreement
  1. 12.1 The contract and all legal relationships between the parties will be regulated and integrated in accordance with Angolan law.
  2. 12.2 The parties will regulate their relations, in everything that refers to this Agreement and its object by the principles of equity and good faith and will make every effort, as well as using all means at their disposal, with a view to ensuring the continuation of the objectives set out in this contract, seeking to reconcile your interests individuals, always prioritizing the solution of any disagreements, doubts or omissions, by resorting to collaboration, conciliation and friendly understanding.
  3. 12.3 In the event of a dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or related to the this Agreement, including its breach, termination or invalidity (“Dispute”), the Parties will use their best efforts to resolve amicably the question.
  4. 12.4 The parties renounce the use of other means of resolving conflicts other than are those mentioned above.
